Exchanges & Returns
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help and will do our best to make the process simple.
Exchanges (Free – UK Only)
We offer free exchanges for a different size or colour on UK orders.
To arrange an exchange, please email info@jorgenhouse.com within 14 days from the day after you receive your order. We will send you the return instructions. Once we receive your item, we’ll send out your replacement free of charge.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the return postage when sending the item back to us.
We do not offer free exchanges on international orders.
Refunds
If you would prefer a refund, please email info@jorgenhouse.com within 14 days from the day after you receive your order to request a return.
You must return the product within 14 days of telling us you wish to return it. Items returned after this time will be issued a store credit only.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we aim to process refunds within 5 working days.
Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Important Information
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
- Briefs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Bodysuits may be exchanged, but must be tried on over briefs.
- Any orders placed through our stockists must be returned to the original place of purchase.
- For international returns, please clearly mark the parcel and paperwork as “Returned To Vendor – No Commercial Value” and use each item’s listed price as its value. If this is not done and import fees are charged when the parcel re-enters the UK, these fees will be the responsibility of the customer. If unpaid, the parcel may be returned to you.
